I took my son there upon recommendation from his pediatrician even though I told her that it's closer for us to go to Main Street. Upon arrival the doctor's wife greeted us like a criminals and asked if we have cash to pay for the retina scan. I gave her my eye insurance card and the health insurance card as well. Told us to seat and wait. It took forever to see the doctor. After the first encounter I just wanted to leave but since we've payed up-front I still wanted to give them a chance. I myself have been working at a hospital in the city for the last 30 years and I would never speak to my patients that way. This year when they've send us a text notice that it's a time for our yearly eye check up I've cringed just thinking about that horrible experience and would never go there again. This women just needs to learn her manners and find out what a real customer service is. Horrible experience. Don't go there.

I shouldn't have waited this long to write a review but now that I've been taken care of by a different doctor that cared more about me than making money, I felt I needed to warn anyone thinking about using Dr. Jaggi. I went there several months ago because my husband had gone there for his contacts. He wasn't thrilled but I thought I would give it a try as well. I was immediately turned off by Dr. Jaggi's wife (who works there) who had asked me to pay before I even saw the doctor. How do you ask someone to pay when you don't even know what they need done? She must have sensed I thought that was weird and agreed to wait until I saw the doctor. My exam was fine. He said I needed certain tests and I agreed. Little did I know. When the exam was over, he said that I needed progressive glasses for daily tasks and different glasses for driving. He said what I needed was not covered under my insurance. I went there in the first place because he accepted my insurance. When I asked

he gave me the wrong prescription. he wanted me to order contacts from him was very pushy and sales. when i said no he sent me home with the wrong prescription. now i do not trust him. it is like he did that on purpose because i did not order contacts from him
