My name is Sally Stark and I’ve been a Nurse Practitioner for 45 years in Colorado springs and in Pueblo. I was lucky to see Jade. She’s the best NURSE Practitioner I’ve ever seen. She’s thorough. She’s kind she’s smart.She knows what she’s doing. She’s everything I ever wanted in a provider.Someone who cares someone who listens.Jade you may think that all providers are like you and they are not. I just wanted you to know that you’re special and you deserve a great practice because anybody who gets to see you will be very blessed.I’m retired now. And I live in Colorado springs right now l would love to have you as my provider again. I miss working I loved my job.

I'm going to be 67, Jade is the only one to listen to what I was trying to explain to her, she's not afraid to show her compassion, she listens, and I mean she really listens!! I have so much respect for her, I honestly believe if it wasn't for Jade I would have died a long time ago!! I trust her and I know she really does care, I'm very lucky and extremely happy Jade is my Dr and I'm thankful she's done everything possible to keep me going!! Thank you Jade for just being yourself, kind, respectful and caring!! You are everything a Dr should/need to be!!

If you are 5 min. late they will not keep your appointment but if on time they seated me in an assessment room and I waited over an hour and then I left never seeing the doctor or NP.

The first practitioner who has actually listened to me and has referred me to the best specialists.

I like how Dr. Bryant backs up every diagnosis with evidence.

Down to earth and helps you with what you need

She give doctor note to people that don't want to work .She will give you a note for a week off work no matter if your sick or not

Jade is the best Dr I have ever had, however her staff ( crystal) can be so nasty to you, you don't wan a come back.

Nice friendly and down to earth dr. I felt right at home like if she is family type atmosphere....... I recommend to a everybody for a good understanding dr.

My kids and I LOVE Miss Jade! She's awesome. She is so friendly, and great with kids(&people in general). She is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains what we need to know. We have never had such an amazing health care provider. We highly recommend Miss Jade.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, and always ready to do whatever it takes for her patients! She's amazing, and her staff are great as well! I would recommend her to anyone who needs that kind of honest, nice, and understanding care. She goes the extra mile but never overwhelms you, taking things one day at a time. I agree - I would give Jade 10 stars. I recently moved back to Pueblo and Jade has been amazing. She listens then evaluates while considering how you actually feel. I Muay Thai fought for 11 years, pancaked on some massive snowboard parks, hit a couple trees, and been in some bad biking accidents so I have a long medical history with tons of records and usually get the your SOL for life look but Jade gives me hope while treating me - definitely 10 stars.

In the process of moving from Denver down to pueblo to be closer to family . My husband's cousin reccommended her and her families pcp. Jade and her very wecoming staff was able to fit us into what is obviously a busy schedule so we could get established and list her as our new pcp. Jade was very friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. She is very thorough and took the time to listen to any and every part of health concerns and addressed them exactly. I couldn't be happier.
