Virtual appointment scheduled two days in advance was cancelled three minutes after it was supposed to start. Not even a vague explanation - just 'Your appointment has been cancelled.'... after waiting three minutes for her to join.

My wife has had several appointments scheduled with this person and they've rescheduled all but one of them the morning of. The constant anxiety of mentally preparing for a visit only to be let down is adding to the problems she's already dealing with. This person is not reliable.
