Jacquelyn is a very knowledgeable , professional and passionate health care provider. I'm 77 years old and have seen many medical professionals over the years . My experience with her can only be described as "perfect satisfaction " to the highest level . I will recommend her and her services to anyone of any age. The Cecil Clinic is very fortunate to have someone of Jacquelyns caliber as a part of their staff.
