Jacquelyn Pennie, PA

I saw her for a gun shot wound that was infected. She took a 15 blade and peeled back the dead skin without even offering anesthesia. She saw I was in visible pain tears coming down my face and continued to hurt me. Then wrote in her medical note pt tolerated treatment well. This incident has scared me for life and people like her should not be medical professionals.

I had a cyst removed and Jacquelyn was the perfect doctor for the job. She explain the issue in detail to give me a choice to let it heal normally or have a minor procedure done. I decided to have the procedure done. She was very professional, explaining each step of the way. Some of the procedure was painful such as the shot but she was extremely patient and understanding of my fear and pain. The nurse Lisa was also very comforting as I was in pain with the shot. They treat me like a family to care for my illness and that what you want as doctors who perform their job exceptionally well. Im leaving perfect 5 star ratings. Please ask for her when you have surgery related issue. Thank you Jacquelyn and Lisa. You were both wonderful to me as a patient.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Jacquelyn Pennie (and her kind associate Ramona) for their excellent care. Over a series of treatments for a leg wound, this talented team demonstrated impressive expertise, significant knowledge, gentle technique and a very welcome compassion and concern in giving guidance and answering any questions I had. My wound healed very well, and I know that was because of their very high level of care. My excellent recommendation and thanks to you both!

I do have immune system disorder and chronic wounds condition because of it. So, I see Jacquelyn pretty often - she cleans/treats my wound and monitors the healing process. If necessary, she changes the medication - in case the medication that was working on previous wound does not seem to help with new wound... Jacquelyn is an excellent surgeon with lot of experience in wounds that do not want to heal. She listens to the patient and answers all the questions. I am very happy that she is the one who helps me with my wounds.

I was very pleased with Jacquelyn’s treatment of my leg wound. She was very patient with me and as promised, did not hurt me while working to cure the sore. I would and have recommended her to others for treatment.

With an enormous hematoma on my leg, intense pain, and the inability to walk, I was desperate. Other medical staff seemed incapable of making the right decisions in a timely fashion and getting me started on the path to recovering my ability to walk. Jacquelyn Pennie took the bull - and my leg - by the horns, started the recovery process and was by my side for twice a week appointments for over two months, more actually. She and her assistant were clear communicators, competent diagnosticians, precise surgical practitioners and cheery supporters of my progress. Now, after 4 months since the incident, I am back on my feet, almost 100% healed, and very grateful for having bumped into Jackie Pennie!

"I've felt three thyroids like yours and two of them were cancerous" - Jackie 50% of adults have thyroid nodules. Thyroid cancer can NOT be detected by palpation. To suggest otherwise is, at best, irresponsible. When I messaged her with this information, she denied saying anything of the sort, took 0 responsibility or assistance.
