Telehealth with Amen Clinics -unprofessional and patronizing -didn’t listen well -wasn’t prepared and never discussed plan with me in person, only ever sent afterwards -the plan itself was very disintegrated and quite costly on top of the already expensive fees of Amen Clinics -she was late and left on time -found it all very unhelpful and a waste of time and money -Amen Clinics did little to remedy my dissatisfaction

I saw Jackie for recurrent UTIs last year. One day I was experiencing terrible pain and needed to reach her on an emergency basis (on a week day afternoon). When she finally returned my call, she made it crystal clear I was inconveniencing her while she was grocery shopping, and she accused me of wanting narcotics. I was incredibly disgusted and had to proceed to an urgent care for antibiotics. I would highly recommend avoiding her altogether if you are looking for trustworthy and compassionate medical providers

Dr. Meinhardt has provided excellent help as I navigate my healing journey from Chronic UTIs. She is always prompt when responding to my messages in the patient portal. When talking in real time, she listens and values my input while offering the current research that will help my health.
