Fantastic bedside manner, a pleasure
I went to get an eye exam and had a very out of date prescription. I have an astigmatism and hadn't changed my prescription for 3-4 years, so you can imagine how bad things are. Dr. Hinds didn't shame me, she was conversational and made sure I felt comfortable. She explained every test and the reason behind them. My visit was not only pleasurable but educational. A note about her staff. They were also polite and friendly. As soon as I walked in for my appointment, the front desk staff greeted me, helped me sign up and joked with me. I felt like I was in a welcoming place which is refreshing for a doctor's visit. I highly recommend this office!

Comfortable experience
I recently visited Dr. Jacquelyn Hinds to get prescription safety glasses for my job , she was very professional but with kindness , the whole experience from the exam to testing , I felt at ease , very comfortable , she really cared about doing a professional job to make sure I received the perfect lenses , I did not feel like just more money,

Dr Jacquelyn is one of my favorite doctors I have ever seen! She is very professional, but also relatable and makes you feel comfortable. I will not be changing my eye doctor! I absolutely love her.
