Abandonned me as a doctor
Went to her for 2-3 years and then out of nowhere I was unable to get any correspondence from her or anyone else in the office. After a month of no correspondence I was left to assume that I was fully abandoned by not only my doctor, but by the entire medical facility (Compassionate Family Care).
