Jacqueline took the time to explain things to my mom in a way that was easy for her to understand and answered all of our questions. She requested medical records from hospital stay related to care and reviewed them and reviewed all current medications by accessing the pharmacy online that my mother uses. And she clearly explained the follow up plans. Thank you!
