My visit with Jacqueline Pawlaczyk was a waste of time. I spent more time waiting for her than the time she spent with me. I have rosacea, she quickly (maybe 15 seconds) checked my face and then asked what I was there for, I told her the reasons, dismissed my concerns, and just addressed the rosacea issues which I already had been treated for. She was in that room for maybe 5 minutes. I would not recommend her. Definitely lack of care.

She was very nice and thourgh. She also recommended a biopsy on a mole she was concerned about. She did it right there. I am very happy with my Dr.

Made me very comfortable even though I asked what I thought were silly questions. Explained everything perfectly. I'm looking forward to working with her and my next appointment.

I don't think your office allows enough time for your Drs, and NPs to spend with patient with special circumstances. In the past, I was fine, but now, with a neck break and brain injury and all that encompasses that, I left feeling rushed out, unimportant. She did come back to address other questions, quickly. That was good. I'd also like to say that I had my requested lab results dropped off at you location and requested a refill on doxycycline, but didn't hear back. I also requested another script and a call for a 2 month appt. I still need to make that appointment. I have to try hard to keep up with things because of the brain injury. I have found that the elderly must have a very hard time navigating all their drs and issues! There is no patience! Slow down!
