I was disappointed when Dr. Cassell told she did not see patients in a clinic. This was the first time I seen her and overheard another woman in the waiting room talk about how happy she was to hear she was working. I now know what all the fuss was about. She really listened to me and looked me straight in the eyes when I talked. I don't ever recall a doctor making me feel like I mean something but she did. She made sure I knew exactly how to use the inhaler she was giving me. One in a million
