I came across these reviews when I had to look up some info for a form and really needed to leave my two cents. My entire family has been going to Jackie for the last five years with absolutely zero issues. She always answers our questions and makes time for us even through phone calls or when last minute appointments are needed. She goes out of her way to ask how the kids are even when the appointments are not for them. Our family has significant experience with subpar health care providers from all over after years in the military and she does not fit in that category.

We had the worse experience with Jackie carter. She had terrible bedside manner and didn’t even examine my son and basically scared the crap out of him and me. I actually walked out of her office and reported her. I wouldn’t recommend her in tre slightest. She’s terrible

She doesn't know what she's talking about. Will take guesses and not investigate. Dismisses your concerns. Doesn't listen to what other doctors have suggested. Acts like your stupid. Point blank, she's incompetent. Would never recommend her. Changing doctors. The staff isn't bad, but absolutely no trust in her. 2 of us went to her and she misdiagnosed both of us.
