Made very 1st appointment-was cancelled by Jacqueline Butler via phone call from administration. Made 2nd appointment for 2 weeks later-that appointment was cancelled the night prior by someone at the office stating they wanted to make sure I knew that she wasn’t coming in the next day. At this point I requested another therapist. Selected 1 star b/c I had to. If it was up to me there would be no stars.

Unprofessional. Did not even introduce herself and had the audacity to be upset when being called “mam”. If you want someone to call you by your name, actually tell people your name. Condescending as well. Do not recommend.

She is the best counselor I have every had the privilege to work with. She has gone above and beyond for my family. She counsels the heart as while as the mind. Because of her patients, wisdom, experience and love my teen decided to change his life and live again.
