I’m a new patient and had my first body check. Jaclyn and staff were very friendly knowledgeable and professional. She took her time. I didn’t feel rushed at all and answered all my questions. I pointed out 2 spots on my face that Jaclyn determined precancerous and treated with liquid nitrogen which was great but the growth under my eyebrow wasn’t detected and should have been during this appointment. I don’t want to be charged for another appointment so I left a voicemail with office manager. Still waiting for a call back. Hopefully I get one.

I have had several dermatologists in the past. She is very professional and courteous as is her staff. Jaclyn's use of liquid nitro spraying was more intense and prolonged than I am used to. She is thorough in that regard. Her physical exam was a bit cursory even though I brough a chart showing past issues. Some of my prior cancers as shown on my chart would have been overlooked. Jaclyn does ask if there are any areas of concern so I will perform a 360 self examination to head this off.

Great experience, excellent treatment and amazing staff

Quickly scheduled an appointment. Good communication and reminders of appointment time. Staff extremely friendly and everything was right on time. I felt very comfortable with all that was being done for me and concerns were addressed.

Caring and upbeat PA and so is Jaclyn's Assistants, local office mgr is pleasant and efficient.

As a walkin I was able to be seen because of a cancellation. Dr Wooley was professional and listened to my concern and prescribe a medication with explanation of use. Very satisfied 5stars.:)

I retired to Palm Coast 3 years ago and have have visited at least 6 different Dr’s for various medical needs. Dr. Wooley and her TEAM are the best so far in terms of office environment, helpfulness, caring, professionalism and ease of appointment.The TEAM seems to be happy, engaged and committed to a pleasant and thorough patient experience. The worst dermatologist I’ve ever gone to. She didn’t listen to any of my concerns and misdiagnosed me even though I told her exactly what I had, wasted hundreds of dollars on medication that only made my condition worse. Had to seek another dermatologist who told me it was obvious it was the condition I had told her about. Save your time and money, she obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing
