Horrible overall experience with Dr. Munson. Only interested in money and selling you extra products. Dont waste any time trying this office out.

Dr Munson is so thoughtful and caring about my wellbeing. The entire team is not only very professional but extremely personable. It is VERY rare to find a medical office that manages all aspects of the patents experience with 5 stars. My condition is complex and I have made huge progress thanks to Dr Munson and her team. I wish other medical offices could run as smoothly and also have compassion for their clients. Thanks Karen

Dr Munson is excellent in her care, expertise, and attentiveness. Her staff is not as thorough in explaining billing balances ahead of time. I'd recommend always asking for the total out-of-pocket cost before any exams and procedures.

Go elsewhere. Dr. Munson is money-driven who is more interested in selling expensive eyewear than helping patients. This has been my experience: I and my family had seen Dr. Munson for a year or so after she purchased the practice from the previous owner. My first exam (2016) with her was fine, although I was a cash patient (without vision insurance) at the time and could not afford to purchase glasses from her office, so I decided to have glasses made by Costco. Dr. Munson has helped us tremendously. We were impressed by how thoroughly she tested our son's vision. Her plan for vision therapy has transformed our son's vision from seeing (20/70 corrected to 20/20 corrected while needing less magnification). She seems very passionate about helping people improve their vision. Brooke, our vision therapist, was amazing with our son. She was always patient, cheerful and entertaining. The whole staff has been exceptional and has treated us so kindly.

Ordered most recent contacts and was given incorrect ones. Front end person unable to find most recent order. Dr. Munson called, I read her info on current lenses. She insisted info i was giving her was incorrect, no consideration I could be right. Then checked whatever erroneous information she had and noted I had been a "non-complaint" patient. I had been there for my annual appointment in the last year. Poor record keeping and arrogant attitude. Able to order correct contacts online.
