This was my first visit with Jackie Heuer and I was so impressed with her knowledge and approach to my health goals. She listened to my concerns, provided me with guidance, and taught me how I can work towards my health goals. She approached my health holistically, and I walked away feeling like I had a partner in achieving my goals. She is amazing; I highly recommend seeing her.

Jaclyn is very thorough and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to listen to and answer any concerns my mom or I have regarding my mom’s health. You never feel rushed. I have also contacted her several times by messaging her in the patient portal and she responds quickly and you have no doubt that she truly cares about her patients. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

I had to get a yearly physical done and had never met or had an appointment before with Jaclyn Heuer. I was concerned that I would have to explain everything I have been through in the last year medically but she had looked at everything before hand and I felt that she really cared. Every question I had she gave an answer and was very patient with me. I look forward to seeing her as my primary care in the future. She took her time to send me a message about my blood results and gave me things to do to help improve. She is extremely knowledgable, professional and caring. I highly highly recommend her as that is the most comfortable I have ever felt in an appointment.

Ms. Heuer is everything you can ask for in an APN .... Thoughtful, responsive, smart and professional. My telehealth visit with her could not have gone smoother -- she diagnosed my (tonsil) issue quickly and accurately and prescribed a treatment protocol that began less than an hour later. Perhaps most of all, I appreciated how cared for and attended to she made me feel. Could not recommend more highly.

My very quiet 86 year old father had an appointment with Jaclyn in September. He was quiet throughout the appointment, but Jaclyn noticed his posture, breathing and mannerisms and suggested that I take my dad to the hospital. She suspected that he was experiencing symptoms of cardiac failure. My dad was admitted to the hospital with 5% heart function. He remained hospitalized for 3 weeks. It has been a tough road, but I am thankful that he is here today. Thank you Jaclyn for noticing and seeing my dad and for saving his life.

Jackie Heuer is a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner. She always spend as much time with me as possible managing my health. Jackie addresses the specific problems and concerns that I have regarding my health. In addition, she also is proactive and takes a preventative approach to avoid health issues down the road. Her strong background and knowledge of available testing really helped me recently. She suggested that I should have calcium scoring imaging done to make sure I would have no cardiac health concerns in the future. I listened to Jackie and got the imaging done which uncovered concerns that my cardiologist recently addressed. This preventative approach and insistence that it would be in my best interest to get this imaging done saved me from potential major health issues down the road!
