Very rude and unprofessional!

Do not use this psychologist. She Is not competent. She acts so pleasant and positive on the phone. DO NOT BE DECEIVED!! I wish I’d checked her reviews before calling her. She assured me she was the cheapest. There’s a good reason for that. She is incompetent. She is judgmental. She fills out your testing for you!!?! She is invasive and asks inappropriate questions. My experience was identical to all the other reviews. Do NOT be fooled by this woman’s phone etiquette.

Do not go to this lady. Pay the extra money and go to someone else. She acts nice and professional but she already has her mind made up she will require you to go inpatient and i talked to a nurse attorney and he said she would require St Theresa to go to rehab! Seriously avoid her.

She acts like she is very caring and open minded when u talk to her on the phone. However, when you talk to her in person she is judgemental, nosy, and goes beyond her job duties. I do not recommend her whatsoever!

Jackie was nice during the interview. My eval recom she made required I go to treatment. However, she basically chose my treatment facility. She left me a handful of places to choose from. None of which we're in the state/took my insurance. I had to follow her reccomendation for my nursing license so I requested if I could look into facilities that at least took my insurance. She said no. So I'm $50K in debt be I couldn't use insurance. Not to mention she fills out ur testing for u. You can't.

Unprofessional. Works outside of her scope of practice.

Very attentive, intuitive, & passionate. Cares for people. So grateful to have gone to her. I feel I am truly on the right path.
