one of the worst Nurse Practitioner , since i seen her she has been horrible she is PURE EVIL she refuses to do her job. She does everything she can to leave me without my medications to have a seizure and get sent to the hospital mental wing due to mental break downs and severe bipolar manic episodes without sleep for over a week multiple times it makes me sick i have a brain tumor and i cannot changer my medications my neurologists has to do a EEG and i have had stomach infections for almost 2 years and multiple health issues including severe PTSD from a head on car accident that broke my left FEMUR ,2 ribs,punctured lung,acl reconstruction and broken left shoulder. i have learned to walk 3 times and i would rather have to learn a 4th then ever deal with JACKIE DUNCAN again. She lies over and over and then even issues a medication then cancels it to mess with me further.THIS is not communist Russia. she will not get away with this treatment as long as i am alive witch does not feel

Good listener Will adjust meds when need. Will answer any an all questions

I have had her for over 2 years, and it does take time to get the right medication to be put on, you have to give them time to get to understand whats going on with you and that doesn't happen instantly like a lot of us want, but if you give her your time and be patient and thorough she can definitely help. one time my meds got mixed up and i called up there left a message for her and she straightened it out within 48 hours. i would recommend

She's very says your a addict if you have been on your meds for more than 9 months. I didn't want my meds raised or agree with her calling me a addict or saying I'm addicted to the meds that have kept me sane for years now. Reason for uping my meds was cause she kept talking about meds being addictive and I told her I know .She tried to take my scripts and dismissed me without having another psychiatrist and the staff was all yelling at me right along with Jackie. Denied me of making appt.
