A Rare Find
Jack is someone who takes the time to listen to you and doesn’t rush through the appointment. He can tell when a patient is trying their best and is incredibly respectful of that. After 2 years in chronic pain, to find him has helped so much. He’s open minded, kind and easy to talk to. He truly is a patient advocate and will help the patient on their pain journey and advocate for their help.

Do not expect any relief folks.
After years of primary doctor telling me to go to pain management i finally gave in. Like the last time 10+ years ago i was given a NP to evaluate my condition. Prob because i have forward health so i am a learners tool. Thanks for reading . From a long time sufferer
