She's amazing!
I was very nervous about my skin check as some of my spots have changed over time. The whole staff was very reassuring and Iveylee was very informative and helpful explaining next steps. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. She listened to my concerns and gave feedback or solutions to everything I presented. She was thorough and very professional. I've seen her a couple times now and will always recommend her!

My daughter Katie has been a patient for several years at Heritage. Mrs Trump is outstanding and has such a lovely demeanor. She worked dillingently to clear my daughters acne trying different regiments until there was success! From the front desk staff , nurses and especially IvyLee it’s been 5 stars !

She spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me, then prescribed 3 different medications... none of which my insurance covered. The office gave me coupons for the medication, which brought the cost down to $100. However, when I went to refill the prescriptions a month later, the coupons had expired and it would cost me over $1,500 to fill them. Why would you prescribe such expensive medications that you know aren't covered by a patient's insurance????
