Highly recommend Dr.Lorenzo, through her patience,compassionate,kindness,active listening,gentle and calm prompt approach with instructions all throughout the VNG tests,she made it like a good adventure for me instead of an ordeal!!The Keys are to keep your eyes open,breath,relax and be calm and focused to minimize spinning,n & v.Even if provoked above helped me a lot to lessen them.Thank you so much Dr.Lorenzo, truly you’re one of a kind,audiologist!
