I went in for a bad headache and a sore hip. This FNP was quick and efficient. She was no nonsense when it came to my care and I cannot thank her enough. That 1 star review makes me laugh out loud! Obviously a Karen!

Provider put things in my chart that were not true and insisted I had them instead of talking about why I was originally there for. Was not educated on my condition and tried telling me it did not exist (chronic pain patients beware) I had to show multiple peer reviewed sources and told provider two other providers confirmed my condition was real and would not be solved with exercise or mental health therapy. I asked for a referral to a pain management specialist who was experienced in my condition and was denied saying I needed to exercise (despite telling that I am left bed ridden after I do so and that was why I was asking to be referred as with the two providers advice) she refused so I asked her to document in my chart and then she finally did send a referral. Then started questioning me about my religious faith and told me I needed to believe in a higher power to get better, when I got home I saw she documented that I had a mental health issue and needed to seek a therapist.

By far the worst medical experience I've had. Went for a simple visit to establish care. She started by throwing around her notepad, sighing and rolling her eyes. Extremely unprofessional and terrible bedside manner. All health concerns were sloughed off immediately without any questions, concerns or empathy shown at all. Extremely condescending when talking.
