Iris is one of the kindest most understanding practitioner that I have ever seen she listened carefully and closely to my symptoms and my issues and proceeded with a plan that I'm action that helps me for a very long time cannot wait to see her again

Iris does not work with a patient on a medication plan. She does not take symptoms very seriously. I wanted to renew medication for a condition that had been diagnosed and prescribed by two doctors at the Charlotte Hungerford facility. She would not. I have taken alternative medication that she prescribed, in a good faith attempt to work with her. My condition remains untreated and she still will not entertain discussions regarding represcribing my original medication.
