I visited Ioana for an office visit due to illness, it was my first time seeing her. She was extremely timely, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. I had to get a strep swab which is honestly one of the worst tests for me (I have a horrible gag response and so that test is super hard for me to do). She was patient and extremely supportive given it took multiple tries (because of me and my fear of the swab and not her). Definitely worthy of a 5 star review for that visit!

I switched to Joana as it was hard to get yearly appointments with my doctor due to my crazy travel schedule and how far out one needs to book a yearly visit. Ive been with her for 2 years now and have been very happy. Seen her for a variety things and I have always been happy with everything.

I switched to Joana when my insurance changed. I have found her to be helpful and courteous. She will spend the needed time to listen to health concerns and provide recommendations and treatment as needed. When discussing treatment she will provide the information needed to make an informed decision on what is best for you.

All I needed was some an appt to renew all my refills. I ended up having a all these exams done which would be fine IF she also would have made sure my prescription were set up.... she has no idea what shes doing when it comes to me simply being able to get my basic prescriptions that I need to live. My appointment was an hour and 45 min when I thought I'd be in and out in 15-30..... I do not want to see her or her nurses again

Misdiagnosed me with Vocal Cord Disorder. 2 weeks later I got a second opinion when symptoms worsened. Turns out I had Strep and Sinusitis
