If you are looking for a warm lovely experienced therapist, Ilana is the one!!!!! She specializes in many areas. She's great for anxiety, OCD, Trauma, bereavement, she will help you deal with difficult people in your life!!! Ilana changed my life!!! I must add here that therapy ONLY works if the client is ready to put in a lot of hard work. Before you start therapy you need to know that it might take a while but its worth it! I found a new me! I'm a new person... I enjoy living! Thank you Ilana... You're the best! (I don't know if you will ever read this) She's also very professional with setting her boundaries.
