RUN away now
VERY dangerous. Will say he'll call in refills of long term meds but doesn't, leaving me 3 days, over the weekend, with nothing, causing significant withdrawal symptoms until he finally called them in the next Tuesday. He had YELLED at me over the phone the Thursday before when I called asking about the refills, saying I needed to come in on the day I was running out, even tho it was the weekend and he had just seen me in his office a couple days before saying he was calling them in, then wouldn't see me that day, Thursday, or on Friday. I'm very lucky not to have had seizures, or worse, from having to go cold turkey from not having those medications. He knows better and obviously doesn't care. He has no problem calling in things you don't even need, like antibiotics and such, only finding out about them at the pharmacy. He's supposed to have taken an oath to DO NO HARM. I did report him to my insurance company, who also helped me find a much better doctor.

Worst drs office I’ve ever been to. Offices are filthy, staff is always rude, supposed office manager didn’t even understand how insurance works. She insisted copay was due even though ytd out of pocket had been reached. She raised her voice at patient before me. Beyond disgusting place to go! Find a different dr!

My husband and I were referred to him when our former PCP stopped taking our insurance and better for it. He was extremely apologetic for our wait (30 minutes) and very polite. He was thorough and even followed up our visit with a personal phone call

I had to change PCP, because mu previous doctor left town. I changed to Dr. Adugba and I don't regret it. Everything was quick and professional. His nurse Tiffany is nice and professional. The doctor made everything the same day and sent all request to the pharmacy almost immediately. I like him.

I had to change PCP due to Insurance changes. Both times it took three hours for me to be seen. The staff (two women is all I saw) are not friendly. The younger nurse couldn't draw my blood and had to call the more senior nurse. Second visit Dr. Abdugba said I needed to a specialist for kidneys ASAP and they would make a referral. Week later, no referal. When I called I was told the notes didn't mention referral. Nurse basically called me a liar. Disorganized and incompetent.

I have never felt mistreated and disrespected till I walked in to this clinic. There are two ladies at the front desk. One of them, she completely has no idea what she is doing, and she always had to ask the other lady about anything I would ask her. The other lady is the last person you ever want to deal with. She was very disrespectful and rude. She has been all hostile and raising her voice on me. When I told her that I wanted to complain to the doctor, she started laughing.. Out of character

I've had 3 appointments scheduled with Dr. Adugba in the last 2 months. I showed up for the first, waited 2 hours to be told the doctor was unable to see me. My re-scheduled appointment was cancelled less with than 24 hours notification, and my re-re-scheduled appointment was cancelled with absolutely no warning or notification at all. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will be changing providers immediately.

The wait time is hours. Staff does not return phone calls neither do they complete request submitted by patients. They lie and they always says their fax isn't working. Dr Adugba is the worse doctor in the North Texas area. Stay away!!! Do not trust your family members with this doctor or his staff. Dr Adugba have no professional bedside manner and he does not listen to his patients at all. He will stay as far back as he can. He is very arrogant!! I'm looking for a new doctor for my mom.
