Ian Erickson has been a wonderful therapist for me for a year and a half now! He has the ability to guide me through the tough things in my own life, and to balance out the complications we've all been faced with since COVID. Highly recommend!

Ian has helped me make such amazing changes in my life. I haven't been able to truly connect with a therapist in about 20 years. I had kind of given up on using therapy to adjunct my mental health and wellness, but I was lucky enough to find Ian. He helps me see things more clearly, organize my thoughts, and look forward the future while still remaining present. Most importantly, he helps me laugh at things! Fantastic therapist! Ian easily makes you feel welcome and is very approachable by being authentic. Ian humbly asks for clients to be themselves and encourages honest and open communication. I had the pleasure to work alongside him for a short time, but was able to learn and grow in leaps and bounds.
