Dr. Howard Crumpton, PHD

I saw Dr. Crumpton for 5 months, and I definitely found ways of navigating my anxieties with his graceful mindfulness psychotherapy. I found clarity and growth with our work together. He could definitely work on timing, confrontation and irreverence sometimes but he is a very superb and intuitive therapist and dissects to your core in a peaceful and graceful manner that will ultimately help you. He uses very great word choice — I found myself learning about why I think certain things and have certain behaviors. He definitely earned his PHD because he is well-versed in psychology and will give you lots of context on patterns of behaviors you may be experiencing. I learned to love myself more and to stop being so self-critical about my background and my family while working with him. He will work with you to get where you want to be, and to reach your goals and he will always have a winning delivery. I do highly recommend his all-encompassing services at Reach Out Therapy.
