Dr Bernsen is by far the most unreliable doctor I have ever had in my life. He doesn’t respond to missed calls/messages. He goes weeks before getting back to his patients. On three occasions he hasn't showed up for an appointment without calling me to cancel.

Knows his stuff 3rd generation chiropractor. He is very thorough! I can't say enough about how helpful he is.

If you want to be entertained this is the place to go. The Dr is the most bizarre individual and doesn't mind his patients hearing his personal issues (and I mean personal!!!) while on the phone with a waiting room of patients . If you want relief of pain this is NOT the place for you
