I have never in my 60+ years had such a thorough eye exam. The individual time spent with Dr. Chan examining, researching my eye product needs, discussing all options with honesty, and every detail of each exam process/outcome was worth every minute spent at this clean, well run-office. Dr. Chan's tech, Chanel was thorough and proficient in her exams and explanations as well. Timothy has an exceptionally warm and engaging manner. He understood and made sure my desired style of frames and financial limitations were met. Between Timothy and Chanel's guidance and objective eye, I am very pleased with my/our choice. I highly recommend this practice and am so glad I waited for them to be approved by my insurance company.
