Hello! My name is Holly Young, LCMHC (licensed clinical mental health counselor). I see therapy as a place where stories can be shared without shame or judgment. That is where healing happens. It is a sacred space to sit in and I am honored every day I get to do this. I primarily provide individual counseling services.
