She was appointed as the CFI in a case I was connected to . Absolutely biased and unprofessional. Refused to do any of the work needed to fully understand the situation. Met with the child for 45 minutes, and was combative and crude throughout the process. Investigated from her own point of view and didn't consider any facts that countered her initial opinion. The only consistent thing she did was request more and more money for doing nothing . Has absolutely NO business working with children !!

I found Holly N. very unprofessional. One example, echoed by others, was her frequent and inappropriate interjections about her personal life. This was not used in order to empathize or connect, but rather seemed rooted in a need for attention. Holly was quick to agree to timelines yet fell through on multiple occasions. She once scheduled an important meeting and then failed to show up or even return correspondence until much later. She misrepresented those whom she worked with and went as far as using those misrepresentations to try and support her conclusions. There were also numerous factual errors in her work which were so blatant at times that they seemed to be intentional. She seemed motivated by her own biases, which she openly shared. I have worked with many social workers in my 15+ years in healthcare. They have a very important role and are entrusted with the well being of the people they work with. I would strongly caution against working with Holly in any capacity.

Holly was wonderful to work with. Her priority is always children’s safety.
