Absolutely horrible. My fiancé has an injured back, was just needing a prescription for Prednisone. Called the office and was told that she needed to come in (we live over an hour away, the pain was so bad she couldn't even get down the stairs). After a few calls and an attempt to set an appointment to see her in a couple of days (after an inbound snowstorm passed, and perhaps she would be able to use the stairs) she was told that Holly wouldn't even see her or set an appointment to see her.
