During our visits I feel like I’m being judged and looked down upon. My symptoms and previous diagnosis’ are always questioned and not understood. Whenever I need referral or anything like that it is always sent to campuses that have no availability or openings, or are an hour or multiple away from me. I have had to call back after appointments to request for medications that were supposed to be sent to my pharmacy but never were. Getting refills has even been a struggle too, and I’ve been questioned as to why I take certain medications. I’ve never had this type of experience with any other PCP. It’s typically easy to get an appointment quickly unlike other offices, but the level of care is no where near what it should be.
