Exactly what you need in a midwife
Holly Groom was the midwife that helped me birth my first child (22hour unmedicated labor, and over 45 mins pushing) and she was amazing! With my second, she stayed with me well beyond her shift and knew I was trying to deliver vaginally and worked with me and the doula to try EVERYTHING we could to get that baby out without a c section. I did end up in a c section, but at that point I felt we really had done our best (thanks to Holly), and I was at ease with the decision. Holly is amazing and I would recommend her care to anyone!

Doesn't listen
This lady didn't listen to any of my concerns or pain during my pregnancy. I'm so glad I switched because the new OB confirmed all my suspicions about my pain. There was so little I could do I had to stop working because of complicated my pregnancy was. Had I kept working as Groom said I was ok to do I would've lost my baby within the first trimester. So glad I left her. Like I said she dismissed my concerns of pain and discomfort from the very beginning.
