I'd rather let my broken nose crumble into my brain than enter her office againAs a physicians assistant (ie, not a medical doctor), she lacks the credentials, experience, & judgment to provide care. Appalling shes allowed in any medical facility, let alone as the sole provider at Highland Urgent Care..My last and final visit, she explained I did not in fact have a (very visible) rash. Apparently one can manifest weeping hives on half their torso visible only to themselves.She then left the room for 2.5 HOURS without explanation. Finally said eff it, there's bloody rash itching to do at home. On my way out, I saw her in a side room, happy as a clam without MD credentials, chatting away on her cell.Her note on my file: 'Patient & provider agreed not to pursue treatment'. Notes should require validation from patients before going on their record. Otherwise lazy, willfully negligent providers damage patients' credibility & likelihood to receive proper treatment.
