Hillary Engleman, FNP-C

I was sent for two medical exams by Nurse Engleman by the Department of Veterans Affairs. These exams using VA forms can be very dry and cookie cutter and even quick for the examining medical professional. Nurse Engleman took her time. She asked questions for getting more detail or clarification. She read all of the medical information in my VA file. She even answered my questions about physical therapy vs shots for low back pain. She was very precise and attentive when administering the physical exam. Regardless of a positive or negative outcome with the VA, it was such a relief to deal with an examiner who was professional, who actually cared, and who took her task seriously.
