Terrible
Telehealth
Terrible, insensitive and incompetent. Tried to get her to help my daughter and she kept writing prescriptions. Didn't listen and didn't care.

Lazy, Uncaring, & Inefficient
This provider is fake, prejudiced against POC, & very inefficient. She didn’t do a proper ADHD evaluation during our 1st appointment. She just asked me a few questions & then prescribed a non stimulant ADHD medication. She later said that I needed to complete a test that would tell me if I had ADHD or not, which is not true. She said it didn’t look like I had ADHD because I “passed” their CNS vital signs test, which is outdated & unreliable. When I pushed for an assessment in office that was based on DSM-5 criteria and evidence based methods of ADHD detection, she said that she doesn’t diagnose ADHD and that I would need to see a Neuropsych Dr for evaluation! She then lied about placing a referral. I have since been evaluated by another provider that actually does the required work for ADHD assessments and treatment. I was diagnosed in office during my first appointment there & provided with medication. They used a Creyos assessment & I was below average in 5 areas! Terrible Psych PA!

Hilary Boydston is GREAT!! Before her I went to Duke civitan building at Duke. Let’s just say this place cares more about their patients then Duke ever did! I spent 45 minutes to an hour for my first appointment. At Duke I’d be lucky to get 20 minutes. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She doesn’t mind answering a ton of questions if you’re unsure about anything. So far it’s great! I highly recommend this place.
