Dr. Wachtmann closed his chiropractic office in Monroe without notifying his patients and giving them the opportunity to obtain their medical records. It is required of doctors to notify their patients if they plan to close their practice so as to provide continuity of care. This doctor closed his office without any regard for his patients of nearly two decades. And worse, we were not given the opportunity to obtain our medical records. Where did our medical records go? Shame on you!
