About Me

care philosophy

Each one of us has the capacity to heal. We just need to learn how to understand our neurobiology and ways to process the "stuck parts." I use Brainspotting and mindfulness to unlock the path to wellness.

biography

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in processing trauma and managing ADHD. I see my clients as fully capable of healing, but often they aren't sure how. We work together to navigate the obstacles to a healthier way of living.
