Hi Helen, Just saying hello. Want to let you know that my colesteral levels have dropped. Dr Taylor was very happy with my blood work. I'm not starving myself. I do splurge now and then, but not that often. I reached the weight goal you set for me: 202lbs. Actually, I weighed 199.6lbs today. You made things simple for me; watch fat intake. 60gms total/20gms sat. The devil is always whispering in my ear(meaning it's so easy to return to bad eating habits). Thank you Ricky Iannetti
