Heidi Sullivan, NP

At first I was skeptical about seeing a NP as my PCP but Heidi was very thorough. I questioned her on everything and she explained everything so that I could understand. She referred me for follow-ups and her office has remained in contact with me as I navigate through this process. I am so thankful for her thoroughness because multiple Drs have overlooked the condition for YEARS...THANK YOU HEIDI!!!

Today, I saw Heidi Sullivan for the 1st time for an extremely routine appointment. I am a doctoral-prepared NP with nearly 28 years of experience in the medical field and 15 as an NP. She was extremely rude during my visit. Not only does she not believe in encouraging patient engagement in the care planning process, apparently she also does not believe in allowing patient's to have choices or forming partnerships with them (which, according to the best available evidence, positively impacts patient outcomes). She was extremely rude, condescending, appears to hate her job, and seeks to rid her panel of any patient who does not agree with her recommendations. I know what patient partnerships look like and the impact they have on patient outcomes. Heidi clearly has a long way to go. I wouldn't recommend anyone see her until she learns what the word respect means. I never thought I would write something so scathing about a fellow NP, but Heidi is in desperate need of the feedback.
