She should have her license taken away
Worst psychologist ever! On multiple occasions, she was late for our appointments or would reschedule and one time when I was ill and couldn’t make our appointment she demanded payment. She also wanted to renegotiate her fees after I had seen her multiple times.. she is a nutcase! She also chastise me for using her work email listed on her website and said it was her personal email and that her family could have read an email I sent to her regarding changing our appointment. I pointed out that it was listed on her website as her professional email.

Dr. Heidi says she accepts insurance but then charges upfront adding on credit card fees in addition to charges. Once insurance processed claim she did not reimburse as promised. Still waiting 5 months later. VERY unprofessional and rude.

Incredibly rude. I woke up 4/24/19 with a flu and received a text confirmation for my appointment that morning right after I woke up. I responded soon after with a text and a phone call that I would need to reschedule the appointment that I was sick and going to the doctors. She later called me at 5pm and accused me of being sick the day before and not giving her enough notice. I notified her I was sick as soon as I had woken up and felt sick.
