I went to Heidi seeking relief and healing from multiple issues: a severe neck ache that had been plaguing me for several months; a worn/torn tendon in my ankle that was still healing; and a newly fractured wrist. On the positive side, she was able see me the week after I called. However, her demeanor was not very warm or friendly; more businesslike and efficient. I guess I expected a little more warmth given the healing arts nature of her work. I was also surprised by her one-person office operation and the fact that she only receives cash for payment. I went to see her weekly; after the fifth session I asked how many more she thought I would need. Her response was that my body has a lot to heal, which was true. The ninth time she treated me, she left a needle in my leg! I had to cry out to her to get her attention to come back and remove it. No apology offered. Rather, she confessed that she was extremely sensitive to scents, and had not told me at earlier sessions that whatever scent I had on me (???) was giving her a headache, and she had to run out of the room. She regretted she was not able to give me her normal hands on massage treatment because of this. I gave it another try; however, two weeks later, she again left a needle in me. Rather than apologize, she again said that she couldn't handle whatever scent I had and couldn't continue treating me. Which was fine by me, because I would not continue to get treated by her after twice having needles left in me! I truly do not understand why someone with such a high level of smell sensitivity chooses to work in a healing arts vocation that requires them to treat their patients hands-on. I would NOT recommend Heidi to my friends or family.

Heidi is awesome and very nice. When I walked into her office she was very welcoming.

The 1st time I saw Heidi she was amazing & she gave me more relief than I had been getting. I was so excited because I thought I finally found somebody to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, the subsequent treatments were Bad! I told her what had worked well the 1st visit & she refused to do the same thing. I would lterally beg her to do it (which included a 5 min neck massage) and told her how much relief I had. She was doing a project at home that affected her hands and refused to do any massage. Regardless if she refused the massage, I dont know why would she refused to do the same treatment with needles! My last appt was horrible, she was careless placing the needles, some very deep & left me bruised. I was facedown the entire hour, she never flipped me or checked on me, I called out to her a few times with no response and finally had to scream for her to let me up. She clearly had forgot about me.! I asked for work notes & she was uncooperative. The most unprofessional provider.

Went to see Hedi with severe headaches and over use of medicine for over 20 years. She has helped make both disappear. She is awesome

Heidi is very personable and knowledgeable. She took some time to get to know my physical condition and talked with me to find out enough specifics about my daily life to provide appropriate treatment. My acupuncture session significantly reduced the pain and tension in my neck and left me feeling rejuvenated. I am so grateful to have found her!

Heidi is very personable, caring and friendly. She does a fantastic job putting you at ease. Treatment is painless. I've been going for tx of a broken leg. She is helping with pain mgt. Her patients range in ages from young to older. She does a great job and have recommended her to friends and family.
