wish I would have read the reviews. Worst therapy experience of my life. She told me during the therapy session "I had a problem with listening" even though it was the beginning of our third session, she probably hadn't had enough time to get to know me and I thought we would still be in the relationship building stage where she would want to hear my story. She criticized my way of speaking saying it was a "constant narrative". She then asked me what situations had led to my anxiety. I informed her that I did not know. She made me seem that because I didn't know I was unwilling to do therapy and then proceeded to say "therapy should not feel like an argument" and then said she would "refund my money". Session over. I felt worse about myself after our third session then before the sessions. I felt criticized, chastised for being a bad listener and then dumped as being not a good fit for her. She was defensive, argumentative and rude.

Incredibly horrible. Horrible atmosphere. Nonprofessionalism. Spiteful and lots of he said she said when in marriage counseling. Broken trust and aggressive behavior. Should not be allowed to practice.

Her counseling style overall is somewhat abrasive. Not for everyone. It did help our situation at the time but we will not be returning.

Terrible experience. She should not be a counselor. If you go for marriage counseling, watch out. She has been disciplined for sleeping with patients although she emailed me to tell me she wasn't after my husband because he was ugly. I have copies if anyone wants to see her nasty emails to me.

Extremely unprofessional and very spiteful when addressing your feelings and concerns. AVOID at all costs! This woman is very dangerous to your health of well being.

I'm not sure why she's a therapist. She's very rude and belittles you. I would stay far away.

i was confused about scheduling an appointment. i message Heidi attempting to talk with her and this is a copy of her reply. I have not edited this the punctuation is all hers. Note : i never met her was only trying to connect. this was her reply to my attempt to speak with her: !!!!! this message says to come in Wednesday right on it. I’m on vacation. Please let me not have to keep answering and YOU read these messages. They are extremely clear I DON’T MAKE CALLS- THIS IS AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND I AM on vacation. I was looking for counselor, strange.. like this service is helpful. RUN AWAY ! Shes Rude !

AVOID! We saw her for parenting plan and co-parenting counseling. We were going through a horrible divorce but she made it even worse. She tore us further apart, She even recommended my to my ex-husband to fake wanting to go to trial so I would give up my shared custody out of embarrassment of trial. I am just appalled that she is a licensed therapist. She saw him individually which I did not know as well as us as co-parents. She talks about herself and does not help, makes situation WORSE

Horrible therapist. Gives bad advice, passes judgment, and talks about herself more than she listens to you. She has no receptionist at her office, so good luck ever getting a hold of her by phone. She wants you to communicate completely online. Also, there is no set up to pay your bill online or by phone. I've tried for months attempting to pay my bill and I just received a "final notice" in the mail. Save your hundreds of dollars for a therapist that cares, she's extremely expensive!!

The most intuitive I've ever seen. Has always responded honestly, thoughtfully and got to the root of the problem. Truly excellent.

AVOID!!! She told us she took our insurance but never billed them and then stuck us with collections. Not to be trusted. Furthermore the reason we never went back is because she was terrible and passed quick judgment without any understanding. I highly recommend AVOIDING this therapist.
