Absolutely Horrible. She does not care at all about you nor does she listen. You could have something wrong with you and she won’t bother doing anything about it. Do not waste your time

Doesn’t listen
She does not listen to anything you have to say and if you speak up she closes her eyes and tries to tell you why you are wrong. Don’t waste your time, you will have to see an experienced doctor afterwards.

Terrible Treatment
Don’t go see this physicians assistant for any reason. Doesn’t care about the patient or the parent in the room. My child may have a very serious condition and she decided an important test wasn’t needed. He is in terrible pain in his chest.

Medical Gaslighting at its finest
If you have any level of mental health issues and/or are on Medicaid and make her aware of this, expect to be subjected to completely unprofessional commentary and questions about your financial situation and being told your symptoms are psychosomatic. Also blatantly lied about having a sustained spike in iron levels (hemochromatosis) when I have been severely anemic my entire life. Demanded to see a new provider after I went out of my way to get bloodwork done in the rival network (UHS) and had it dually confirmed that my iron levels were normal at best and had never spiked. It arose as an issue due to chronic fatigue, which she wanted to solely blame on my depression from CPTSD. She had also made referrals to specialists that do not accept Medicaid, and they even said everyone at Lourdes knows they don’t and don’t understand why she keeps doing this. She asked how much money I get a month and “Oh gee that must be rough”. None of her business. Classist, stigmatizing avoid at all costs

This place actively turned away a person who had a confirmed appointment as a new patient. This person was given the appointment after a hospital stay for continued care and for referral to specialists that are needed to find a diagnosis. They had their appointment canceled and we’re told she was NOT accepting new patients when clearly she sates she is. Then this person was essentially kicked out of the office by the receptionist and told to just go to the emergency room. During this, the person was in clear physical distress. Please stay away from this woman and her practice. Luckily, the patient in question will be treated by a doctor that will do their best to give a diagnosis and further treatment options. This woman and her associates are insensitive and a clear danger to patients in need.

I have been under Lourdes health care system for many years. Currently I have been in limbo trying to establish a new doctor since mine retired. I needed to seek assistance at a walk-in for what is a recurring health issue. Upon meeting me, her comment was "what do you expect me to do?" She was ignorant of my health history. Her approach was insensitive, arrogant and was too busy talking to listen. She said that she did not believe in the one medication that was a part of my treatment protoco
