Gossip and nap time?
After my first appointment, I was hopeful that Heather would be able to give me the counseling that I needed. Unfortunately, the appointments that followed were unprofessional and awkward. Over the span of a few appointments, Heather would frequently talk about other clients and her own personal problems. The last straw for me was when she showed up late to my appointment, opened the recliner part of her chair, and sat back and relaxed while I was talking about my struggles. I canceled my future appoints when I noticed her eyes starting to roll, struggling to stay awake. I would not recommend Heather, as she was unprofessional and inconsiderate of the issues I was facing.
