Falsified Records
I was referred to her for a large lesion on my liver. During my initial and only visit, she never asked any questions regarding recent weight loss, stomach issues, diet, etc. She just said she was going to send me for a MRI of my liver. I was back in my car within 20 minutes of going into my visit with her. Once I printed my records to take to a different doctor she has noted in my chart that my lungs sounded clear, no abnormal masses or bowel sounds present, and my abdomen was soft and not tender, but she never touched me. She never laid a hand on me but is putting all this information in my chart? Then I have never heard back from them after my MRI. Thank goodness I can check the results online!
