Good news bad news
Dr. Snead was personable enough, and thorough in her initial interview. I was disappointed that her follow up appointment post-assessment wasn’t for two weeks, and I did not receive forms for additional input on our issues for 10 days. The follow up appointment was via telehealth.The good news is, my husband’s cognitive function is very good for his age. The bad news? Dr. Snead was dismissive of the very real and significant behavior issues we have had. She offered no advice or resources for following up, and suggested that “some people are just that way”. Totally uncaring.
