For people doing research on a counselor, be aware that competitors leave fake reviews to bring other amazing therapists down. If anyone has done research on this counselor through personal experience or google search, they would know the negative reviews here are false. This therapist is genuine, sincere, and has an outstanding reputation in the community. If you do your research, you will find this out too.

Self centered and talked about herself the entire time. I do not recommend her to anyone. She is scattered and not organized.

She is arrogant, pushy and does not come off as authentic at all. She has a snotty aura about her. I felt pushed out of her office without any closure in regards to my session. It was clear my time was up. She seems distracted and disoriented.

Heather is an incredibly mindful, intelligent, and patient counselor. She creates a welcoming environment in which I feel comfortable disclosing my most complicated thoughts and feelings, and she actively listens to everything I have to say. Heather truly understands who I am and what I'm capable of achieving, and her down-to-earth approach instills the self-confidence and self-efficacy I need to make positive changes. I am truly grateful for the impact she makes on my life.

Since the first day I met Heather, she has been nothing but open arms. She's is accepting, understanding, caring, and always acts as a listening ear. Her unbiased opinion and extensive knowledge is a key factor in her success with clients. She has a way of making you see a different side of things, that you always knew was there but just didn't realize. Importantly, she always has your best interest at heart. She knows your limits before you do, and will push you to reach them. Highly recommend!
